The Grand Wyvern is a Horde-only mount earned through the Dominance Offensive Campaign in Kun-Lai Summit during Mists of Pandaria.

Join Dominance Offensive

As a Horde player, participate in the Dominance Offensive Campaign in Kun-Lai Summit to progress toward earning the Grand Wyvern.

Complete the Campaign Achievement

Earn the Breath of Darkest Shadow achievement through the Dominance Offensive Campaign, which rewards you with the Grand Wyvern mount.

Claim Your Alliance Bonus

Once you learn the Grand Wyvern on your Horde character, your Alliance alts automatically receive the Grand Gryphon — no additional reputation grind is required on the opposite faction.

Tips

  • The Grand Armored Wyvern is a separate mount purchased at Exalted with the Dominance Offensive for 1, 800 gold (1,600 gold with the guild perk), and its Alliance counterpart is the Grand Armored Gryphon.
