Acquisition Guide
The Reins of the Purple Dragon Turtle is a Pandaren racial mount sold by Turtlemaster Odai for Horde players and Old Whitenose for Alliance players, available at level 20 with Apprentice Riding.
Locate the Turtle Vendor
Horde players can purchase the mount from Turtlemaster Odai in Orgrimmar, while Alliance players can find Old Whitenose at their respective location. Non-Pandaren players will need to reach Exalted with the Pandaren faction before the mount becomes available for purchase.
Purchase the Mount
Buy the Reins of the Purple Dragon Turtle for 
1 Gold. As of Patch 5.1, the Purple Dragon Turtle is no longer larger than the other Dragon Turtle mounts, and all Dragon Turtles now have a Looney Tunes-style sound added to their Jump emote.
