Complete all requirements of the Glory of the Pandaria Hero achievement by finishing the specified challenge feats across Mists of Pandaria dungeons. Once the meta-achievement is completed, the Reins of the Crimson Cloud Serpent will be rewarded automatically.
Unlock Cloud Serpent Flying
Before you can ride the Crimson Cloud Serpent, you must obtain Cloud Serpent Flying, which is unlocked through a quest line upon reaching Exalted with the Order of the Cloud Serpent.
