Acquisition Guide
The Reins of the Thundering Jade Cloud Serpent is a guild vendor mount awarded through the Guild Glory of the Pandaria Raider achievement and sold by the guild vendor for 
3,000 Gold.
Earn Guild Glory Achievement
The Guild Glory of the Pandaria Raider achievement requires defeating the Will of the Emperor, Shek'zeer, and Sha of Fear encounters on Heroic difficulty — normal mode does not count toward this achievement.
Purchase From Guild Vendor
Once your guild has unlocked the achievement, purchase the mount from the guild vendor for 3,000 Gold. You must be at least level 85 with Artisan Riding to learn it, and must be Exalted with your guild to buy it.
Tips
Your character must be Exalted with the Order of the Cloud Serpent to ride this mount.
If you are not in a raiding guild, consider finding a realm with high PvE progress where guilds with this achievement are more common — sites that track guild progress by region and realm can help you identify suitable options.
