Reach Honored Reputation
Earn Honored reputation with The Order of the Cloud Serpent to unlock the ability to purchase the 
Design: Ruby Panther from San Redscale, located slightly south of the Order of the Cloud Serpent area.
Buy the Design
Purchase the Design: Ruby Panther from San Redscale for 
200 gold. This requires a Jewelcrafting skill of 600 to craft, though not to use.
Obtain an Orb of Mystery
Purchase one 
Orb of Mystery from Big Keech in The Vale of Eternal Blossoms for 20,000 gold, or 18,000 gold if your guild has the relevant perk.
Gather Primordial Rubies
Collect 20 
Primordial Ruby, which can be obtained through Prospecting or transmuting, and are also available on the Auction House.
Acquire Living Steel
Obtain 4 
Living Steel, crafted by Alchemists via Transmute: Living Steel using 6 
Trillium Bar with a 1-day cooldown, or via Riddle of Steel using 3 Trillium Bar and 3 
Spirit of Harmony with no cooldown.
Collect Serpent's Eyes
Obtain 2 
Serpent's Eye, each purchasable for 1 Spirit of Harmony from Danky in the Shrine of Seven Stars or Krystel in the Shrine of Two Moons, or crafted by combining 10 
Sparkling Shard obtained through Prospecting.
