During the Noblegarden world event, search for Brightly Colored Eggs scattered throughout all races' starting areas. Open these eggs to obtain Noblegarden Chocolates.
Exchange for the mount
Once you have collected 500 Noblegarden Chocolates, trade them for the Swift Springstrider mount.
