The Great Exarch's Elekk is a racial mount obtained through a quest, replacing the standard Paladin warhorse for Draenei Paladins starting with Patch 4.0.3.
Train Your Elekk Mount
As a Draenei Paladin, visit your class trainer to learn the Great Exarch's Elekk, which replaced the Warhorse and Charger in the Draenei Paladin mount lineup. Lightforged Draenei learn the standard version at level 20 and the Great Exarch's Elekk at level 40.
