Stabled in the Icecrown Citadel to serve the Lich King's most favored minions.
Acquisition Guide
The Crimson Deathcharger is a mount rewarded through the quest Mograine's Reunion in Icecrown Citadel, obtained after defeating the Lich King while a player in the raid is wielding 
Shadowmourne.
Obtain Shadowmourne First
To begin this chain, a player in your raid must be wielding Shadowmourne when the Lich King is defeated in Icecrown Citadel.
Loot the Unsealed Chest
After the Lich King dies, the Shadowmourne wielder will receive an Unsealed Chest as an additional drop — this chest contains the items that lead to the Crimson Deathcharger.
Bring Chest to Darion
Bring the Unsealed Chest to Darion, who will open it and assign you the quest Mograine's Reunion, tasking you with returning the contents to their respective owners.
Complete Mograine's Reunion
Return each item to its respective owner as directed by the quest, and you will receive the Reins of the Crimson Deathcharger alongside other rewards including 
Muradin's Favor, 
Jaina's Locket, 
Tabard of the Lightbringer, and 
Sylvanas' Music Box.
Tips
The Reins of the Crimson Deathcharger is bind on use, not bind on pickup, so it can be traded or sold on the Auction House if you do not want to use it yourself.
Because the mount is bind on use, you can send it to any character on your account and use it regardless of class or level.
