The Argent Charger is a Paladin class mount sold by Dame Evniki Kapsalis in Icecrown, requiring the Crusader title and payment of 100 Seals of the Crusader.
Earn the Crusader Title
Before purchasing, you must earn the Crusader title by reaching Exalted and Champion status with all five of your faction's home cities, as well as Exalted with the Argent Dawn and Argent Crusade. As of patch 5.4.2, the title earned on any character on your account satisfies the requirement, so you do not need to re-earn it on your Paladin.
