Level Tailoring Skill
You must level Tailoring on the character you intend to ride this mount — account-wide ownership does not bypass the Tailoring skill requirement, so alts without the required skill cannot mount it.
Craft the Flying Carpet
Once your Tailoring skill meets the required level, craft the Flying Carpet to add it to your mount collection.

Do not log out while airborne on this mount — upon logging back in the mount will be gone and your character will fall, resulting in death.
