Acquisition Guide

The Reins of the Traveler's Tundra Mammoth is a three-seater ground mount sold by Mei Francis in Crystalsong Forest that comes equipped with two on-board vendors.

1

Locate Mei Francis

Travel to Crystalsong Forest and find Mei Francis, who sells the Traveler's Tundra Mammoth. You will need the Wrath of the Lich King expansion, a character at level 60 or above, and 150 riding skill to use this mount.

2

Purchase the Mount

Buy the mount from Mei Francis for 20,000 Gold at neutral Kirin Tor reputation. The price decreases with higher reputation: Friendly costs 19,000 Gold, Honored costs 18,000 Gold, Revered costs 17,000 Gold, and Exalted costs 16,000 Gold.

Tips

  • Each time you summon this mount, two vendors occupy the passenger seats by default — use Ctrl-1 and Ctrl-2 on the pet bar to remove them if you want players to ride along.

  • Players who want to ride as passengers must be in your party, and you can eject them the same way you remove vendors, or by removing them from your group.

  • There is no level requirement for passengers taking a seat on the mammoth.
