Acquisition Guide
The Red Proto-Drake is a mount rewarded for completing the Glory of the Hero achievement in Wrath of the Lich King, and will arrive in your in-game mailbox once the achievement is earned.
Complete Glory of the Hero
Finish all required heroic dungeon achievements that make up the Glory of the Hero meta-achievement. Once completed, you will receive a letter from Alexstrasza the Life-Binder containing the Red Proto-Drake.

The Red Proto-Drake provides 100% ground speed and 280% flight speed.
