Inside K3, locate Gretchen Fizzlespark inside the central igloo and pick up the quests They Took Our Men! and Equipment Recovery. Nearby hostile NPCs drop keys needed to complete these locked quests.
Complete Leave No Goblin Behind
After turning in the initial quests, accept and complete Leave No Goblin Behind.
Unlock Gretta the Arbiter
Progress through the quest chain until you gain access to Gretta the Arbiter in Brunnhildar Village, who offers two daily quests per day from a pool including The Aberrations Must Die, Maintaining Discipline, Defending Your Title, and Back to the Pit — though some days only one daily may be available.
Collect Hyldnir Spoils Daily
Complete Gretta the Arbiter's daily quests each day to earn the Hyldnir Spoils bag, which contains a chance to drop the Reins of the White Polar Bear.
