Purchase the Mount
Buy the Cenarion War Hippogryph from Fedryen Swiftspear for 
2,000 Gold, or 1,600 Gold at Exalted reputation with the Cenarion Expedition. You must have trained epic flying before this mount can be used.
Tips
Running The Underbog on Normal difficulty yields approximately 1, 050 Cenarion Expedition reputation per full clear (770 from roughly 110 mobs at 7 rep each, plus 280 from 4 bosses at 70 rep each). Starting from 0 Neutral, you need 42,000 reputation to reach Exalted, requiring roughly 40 full clears.
