Acquisition Guide
The Cobalt Netherwing Drake is a 280% speed flying mount earned as a quest reward by grinding Netherwing faction reputation in Shadowmoon Valley, Outland.
Grind Netherwing Reputation
Travel to Netherwing Ledge in Shadowmoon Valley and build reputation with the Netherwing faction through daily quests. Complete A Slow Death for 250 rep by collecting 12 Fel Glands from nether rays on the ledge and using them to poison the orcs working around it.
Complete Profession Daily Quests
Each day, complete the profession-specific daily quests on Netherwing Ledge for 250 rep each — herbalists gather 40 pollen from netherdust bushes, miners and skinners have equivalent quests, and any player can collect 40 Netherwing Crystals which drop from flayers on the ledge and mobs inside the mines south of the encampment.
Complete the Jorus Quest
Upon reaching Exalted with the Netherwing faction, complete the quest Jorus the Cobalt Netherwing Drake to receive the Reins of the Cobalt Netherwing Drake as your reward.
Purchase Additional Drakes
After receiving the Cobalt Netherwing Drake, visit Drake Dealer Hurlunk at 65.4, 85.8 in Shadowmoon Valley to purchase the other five Netherwing drake mounts for 
200 gold each.
