Acquisition Guide
The Great Purple Elekk is a ground mount sold by Torallius the Pack Handler in The Exodar that requires Exalted reputation with your faction (for non-Draenei characters) and 150 Riding Skill.
Reach Exalted with Exodar
Earn Exalted reputation with the Exodar faction if you are not playing a Draenei character. Draenei characters begin Exalted with Exodar and can skip this step.
Obtain 150 Riding Skill
Train Riding Skill to 150. As of Patch 3.2, this skill is available at level 40. The riding skill itself costs 
50 gold to train.
Purchase from Vendor
Visit Torallius the Pack Handler at 31.0, 27.0 in The Exodar and purchase the Great Purple Elekk for 10 Gold.
Tips
This mount increases movement speed by 100% and can be purchased by any Alliance race with the required reputation and riding skill.
