Acquisition Guide
The Great Blue Elekk is an epic ground mount sold by Torallius the Pack Handler in The Exodar, available to Draenei characters or Alliance characters who have reached Exalted reputation with the Exodar.
Locate Torallius the Pack Handler
Find Torallius the Pack Handler at 31, 27 in The Exodar. Non-Draenei Alliance characters must reach Exalted reputation with the Exodar before purchasing; this can be achieved by completing Draenei quests or turning in cloth at the Exodar's Cloth Quartermaster.
Purchase the Great Blue Elekk
Buy the Great Blue Elekk from Torallius for 
80 Gold at Exalted reputation (discounted from the base 95 Gold at Friendly). You must also have a riding skill of 150, which can be trained for 480 Gold at Exalted, bringing the total Exalted cost to 560 Gold. This mount grants a 100% movement speed bonus.
Tips
Doing low-level Draenei quests is the fastest way to build Exodar reputation if you are a non-Draenei Alliance character, as the reputation thresholds are Friendly (6,000), Honored (12,000), Revered (21,000), and then Exalted.
