Acquisition Guide
The Great Green Elekk is an epic ground mount sold by Torallius the Pack Handler in The Exodar, available to Draenei characters or Alliance characters who have reached Exalted reputation with the Exodar.
Reach Exalted With Exodar
Non-Draenei Alliance characters must reach Exalted with the Exodar before purchasing. This can be done through runecloth turn-ins at the Exodar's Cloth Quartermaster, or by completing quests in zones such as Zangarmarsh and Hellfire Peninsula. Reputation thresholds are Friendly (6,000 points), Honored (12,000), Revered (21,000), then Exalted.
Purchase From Torallius
Find Torallius the Pack Handler at 31, 27 in The Exodar. The mount costs 
80 Gold at Exalted reputation and requires a riding skill of 150. The total cost including riding skill training at Exalted discount is 560 Gold.
Tips
Draenei characters can purchase this mount without any reputation requirement, skipping the Exodar grind entirely.
Completing low-level Draenei quests significantly speeds up the Exodar reputation grind for non-Draenei characters.
