The Swift Green Hawkstrider is a ground mount sold by Winaestra in Eversong Woods that increases movement speed by 100% and requires Exalted reputation with Silvermoon City (or your race's faction for Blood Elves) and Riding skill 150.
Locate Winaestra in Eversong Woods
Travel to Eversong Woods and find the vendor Winaestra positioned just east of the entrance to Silvermoon City.
Purchase the mount
Purchase the Swift Green Hawkstrider from Winaestra for 
10 Gold. You must have Exalted reputation with Silvermoon City and Riding skill of 150 to complete the purchase.
