Acquisition Guide
The Blue Hawkstrider is a level 40 mount sold by Winaestra in Eversong Woods that increases movement speed by 60% and requires Exalted reputation with Silvermoon City for non-Blood Elf races.
Locate Winaestra
Travel to Eversong Woods and find the vendor Winaestra just east of the entrance to Silvermoon City.
Purchase the mount
Purchase the Blue Hawkstrider from Winaestra for 
1 Gold. You must have 75 Riding Skill (obtainable at level 40) and, if you are not a Blood Elf, Exalted reputation with Silvermoon City.
Tips
This mount features head and wing armor similar to epic Hawkstrider variants but lacks their chestplate.
