Reach Exalted with the Mag'har (Horde) or Kurenai (Alliance) by completing Nagrand quests and then grinding ogres using the repeatable quest More Warbeads! — players starting near Honored from Nagrand quests have reached Exalted in approximately 10 hours of grinding at level 70.
Purchase From Provisioner Nasela
Once Exalted, find Provisioner Nasela at 53.4, 36.8 in Nagrand and purchase the Cobalt War Talbuk for 100 Gold.
