Acquisition Guide

The Red Hawkstrider is a ground mount sold by Winaestra in Eversong Woods that requires level 20, 75 Riding Skill, and Exalted reputation with Silvermoon City for non-Blood Elf Horde characters.

Travel to Winaestra

Navigate to Eversong Woods and locate the vendor Winaestra just east of the entrance to Silvermoon City.

Purchase Red Hawkstrider

Purchase the Red Hawkstrider from Winaestra for 1 Gold. Blood Elf characters need only 75 Riding Skill at level 20. Non-Blood Elf Horde characters must additionally have Exalted reputation with Silvermoon City.

Tips

  • As of Patch 3.2, the 75 Riding Skill requirement can be obtained at level 20 for 5 Gold in training costs plus the 1 Gold mount purchase, totaling 6 Gold without faction discounts.
