Complete Mysteries of Lok-rath
The easiest way to obtain this mount is in Warlords of Draenor, where the Mysteries of Lok-rath follower mission rewards 100 Halaa Battle Tokens and 40 Halaa Research Tokens — enough to purchase one of the Halaa mounts without engaging in the largely dead Halaa PvP objective.

Once you have the required tokens, find Aldraan in Nagrand, Outland and purchase the Dark War Talbuk.
