The Thalassian Warhorse is a racial mount available to Blood Elf Paladins, obtained by training the Summon Warhorse spell from a Paladin trainer at level 40.
Reach Level 40
You must be level 40 before you can train the Summon Warhorse spell.
Visit a Paladin Trainer
Go to a Paladin trainer in Silvermoon City, Undercity, or Orgrimmar and train the Summon Warhorse spell for 90 silver.
Riding Skill Granted Automatically
Training the Summon Warhorse spell automatically raises your riding skill from 0 to 75, so no separate riding skill purchase is required.
Add Spell to Action Bar
Open your spellbook, locate Summon Warhorse under the Holy tab, drag it to your action bar, and use it to mount your Thalassian Warhorse.
