Acquisition Guide
The Thalassian Charger is a racial mount obtained by Blood Elf paladins through a level 60 quest chain that begins in Silvermoon City.
Begin Quest in Silvermoon
Talk to the paladin trainer in Silvermoon City, who gives you a quest directing you to speak with a Blood Knight downstairs in the paladin area.
Gather Materials and Gold
The Blood Knight downstairs asks you to bring her 40x Runecloth, 10x Sungrass, 6x Arcanite Bar, 5x Dark Rune, and 
150 gold to complete this step.
Kill Scourge in Eastern Plaguelands
After turning in the materials, you must kill 15 Scourge Siege Engineers and 3 Meat Wagons, located in the north of Eastern Plaguelands near the entrance to Ghostlands.
Loot Holy Water at Tyr's Hand
Travel to the library wing of the Abbey in Tyr's Hand in Eastern Plaguelands and loot a vial of Holy Water from a small dish on a table, then return to the Blood Knight in Silvermoon.
Purchase Reagents in Silvermoon
Buy a Crepuscular Powder ( 150 gold) from the poison vendor in Silvermoon City and an Arcane Catalyst ( 45 gold) from the reagent vendor in Silvermoon City, then return these to the Blood Knight to complete the chain.
