Acquisition Guide
The Tawny Wind Rider is a Horde flying mount sold by Drakma in Orgrimmar for 
50 Gold, usable only in Outland and requiring Expert Riding (skill 225) to ride.
Meet Prerequisites First
Before purchasing, you must have Journeyman Riding (skill 150) and then train Expert Riding (skill 225) for 800 Gold. Expert Riding requires character level 70 and Riding skill 150.
Purchase From Drakma
Visit Drakma in Orgrimmar and purchase the Tawny Wind Rider for 50 Gold. This mount flies at 60% speed in Outland, matching the speed of a level 40 ground mount, but allows you to fly over terrain that ground mounts cannot cross.
Tips
The 225 Expert Riding skill is also a required prerequisite for Artisan Flying (skill 300), so purchasing it is necessary regardless of which mount you use.
Flying mounts including this one can only be used in Outland.
