Acquisition Guide
The Frostwolf Howler is a Horde-only wolf mount sold by Jorek Ironside in Hillsbrad Foothills, purchasable with Alterac Valley marks and Mark of Honor.
Locate Jorek Ironside
Head to Hillsbrad Foothills and find Jorek Ironside. Note that during Legion invasion events, Jorek Ironside will not appear at his location during stage 1 or stage 2 of the invasion — he only becomes available at stage 3.
Purchase the Mount
Buy the Frostwolf Howler from Jorek Ironside for 
15 Mark of Honor along with 50 Alterac Valley marks, which can be obtained casually within a few days of playing.
Tips
This is the mount that Thrall rides, visible in the Battle for the Undercity.
This mount is Horde-only despite the in-game tooltip not stating so explicitly.
