Find Ogunaro Wolfrunner at 61.0, 35.2 in The Valley of Honor in Orgrimmar.
Purchase the mount
Purchase the Swift Brown Wolf for 1 Gold. You must have 150 Riding Skill (obtainable at level 40 as of Patch 3.2) and Exalted reputation with Orgrimmar if you are not an Orc.
