Acquisition Guide
The Great Brown Kodo is a Horde mount sold by Harb Clawhoof in Mulgore, requiring a riding skill of 150 and Exalted reputation with Thunder Bluff for non-Tauren races.
Reach Exalted with Thunder Bluff
If you are not Tauren, you must reach Exalted with Thunder Bluff before purchasing. A fast method is to complete all available quests in Mulgore, starting in Bloodhoof Village and Red Cloud Mesa — most quests reward around 250 reputation each, and doing all of them can yield roughly 7,000–8,000 reputation. Dungeon runs in the area are also a viable way to earn reputation.
Purchase from Harb Clawhoof
Find Harb Clawhoof at 47.4, 58.2 in Mulgore (Bloodhoof Village) and purchase the Great Brown Kodo for 
10 Gold. Note that the mount will appear smaller when ridden by a non-Tauren character.
Tips
Non-Tauren players should complete every Mulgore quest available before spending Runecloth on reputation turn-ins, as quests alone can get you to Exalted.
