10 Gold, requiring Exalted reputation with Thunder Bluff and 150 Riding Skill.
Reach Exalted with Thunder Bluff
Complete quests throughout Mulgore, particularly in Bloodhoof Village and Red Cloud Mesa, to earn Thunder Bluff reputation. Non-Tauren players must reach Exalted status with the faction.
Purchase from Harb Clawhoof
Visit Harb Clawhoof at 47.4, 58.2 in Mulgore and purchase the Great White Kodo for 10 Gold. Ensure you have 150 Riding Skill trained (available at level 40 as of Patch 3.2).

Non-Tauren players can complete all available Mulgore quests to efficiently earn approximately 7, 000-8,000 reputation toward Exalted in a short time.
