Find Zjolnir at 55.2, 75.4 in Durotar, located in Sen'jin Village in Southern Durotar.
Purchase the mount
Purchase the Swift Olive Raptor from Zjolnir for 
10 Gold. You must have 150 Riding Skill and Exalted reputation with your race's faction (Darkspear Trolls for non-troll races).
