The Swift White Mechanostrider is a vendor mount sold by Milli Featherwhistle in Dun Morogh that requires riding skill 150 and Exalted reputation with Gnomeregan Exiles for non-gnome characters.
Locate Milli Featherwhistle
Travel to Dun Morogh and find Milli Featherwhistle at 56.2, 46.2, north of Kharanos in the central area of the zone.
Purchase the mount
Purchase the Swift White Mechanostrider from Milli Featherwhistle for 
10 Gold. You must have riding skill 150 and Exalted reputation with Gnomeregan Exiles if you are not a gnome character.
