The Swift Yellow Mechanostrider is a mount sold by Milli Featherwhistle in Dun Morogh that requires Exalted faction standing and 150 Riding Skill to obtain.
Locate the vendor
Find Milli Featherwhistle at 56.2, 46.2 in Dun Morogh.
Purchase the mount
Purchase the Swift Yellow Mechanostrider for 
10 Gold. You must have Exalted standing with your faction and 150 Riding Skill (which costs 50 Gold to learn as of Patch 3.2 at level 40).
Tips
As of a recent patch, racial restrictions were removed—any race can now obtain this mount from the vendor.
If you transfer your character between factions, you must visit the vendor again to learn the mount, even if you previously owned it on another character.
