The Gray Kodo is a vendor mount purchasable from Harb Clawhoof in Bloodhoof Village, Mulgore, requiring a riding skill of 75 and Exalted reputation with Thunder Bluff for any non-Tauren character.
Find Harb Clawhoof
Travel to Bloodhoof Village in central Mulgore and find Harb Clawhoof at 47.4, 58.2 in Mulgore. Tauren characters can purchase the Gray Kodo without any reputation requirement, while all other Horde races must reach Exalted with Thunder Bluff first.
Purchase the Gray Kodo
Buy the Gray Kodo from Harb Clawhoof for 
8 Gold if you are Exalted with Thunder Bluff, or up to 10 Gold at Neutral standing. The mount increases your movement speed by 60%.
Tips
