Acquisition Guide
The Nether-Warped Drake is obtained through fishing by hatching the 
Nether-Warped Egg, which can be fished up in the Voidstorm zone and takes 7 days to hatch.
Travel to Voidstorm
Head to Slayer's Rise in Voidstorm. Open water fishing here gives you a direct chance at the Nether-Warped Egg, and fishing in this area also allows you to level your Midnight Fishing skill starting from skill level 1.
Fish Open Water at Slayer's Rise
Fish the open water at 30.68, 59.01 in the Voidstorm zone. No special fishing pole, gear, or lure is required. The Nether-Warped Egg can drop directly from your fishing bobber loot or from a Patient Treasure Chest that spawns while you are fishing — these chests can also appear from fishing in any Midnight Zone.
Check Oceanic Vortex Pools
Oceanic Vortex pools are also present in the area around 30.68, 59.01, and the egg has been confirmed to drop from a chest that spawned during Oceanic Vortex fishing. However, open water fishing at Slayer's Rise is the primary recommended farming method, as Oceanic Vortex pools in Voidstorm have been reported to not provide Midnight Fishing skill progression.
Watch for the Hyper-Compressed Ocean
A Hyper-Compressed Ocean is located at 25.9, 63.1 — note this location as an additional reference point while navigating the zone.
Hatch the Egg
Once you loot the Nether-Warped Egg, it takes 7 days to hatch into the Nether-Warped Drake mount. The egg has been obtained by players with Midnight Fishing skill as low as 7, as well as at skill 300.
Tips
The
Hollow Grouper is a fish found in the area — it is not the egg.Fishing at Slayer's Rise in Voidstorm also counts toward neighborhood fishing endeavors.
