1 Gold, requiring Exalted reputation with Stormwind for non-Human races and riding skill level 75 (obtainable at level 40).
Reach required riding skill
Obtain riding skill level 75, which becomes available at character level 40.
Attain Exalted with Stormwind
If you are not playing a Human character, earn Exalted reputation with Stormwind by leveling in Human starting areas or completing quests at later levels, as reputation rewards remain the same regardless of your character's level.
