Acquisition Guide

The Augmented Stormray is a mount from the Midnight expansion that drops from rare creatures in Voidstorm, with no weekly lockout on its drop chance.

Travel to Voidstorm

Head to the Voidstorm zone and begin hunting rare creatures there. Both standard rares and rare elites have a chance to drop the Augmented Stormray.

Target known rare spawns

Kill rares such as Bilemaw the Gluttonous, Nightbrood, Nullspiral at Stormarion Watch, and Sundereth the Caller, as player reports confirm the Augmented Stormray has dropped from each of these.

Farm rares repeatedly

There is no weekly lockout on the drop chance, so every kill on every character counts. Be aware that most rares in the zone have spawn timers of roughly 30 to 40 minutes between appearances.

Tips

The drop rate is estimated between 0.08% and 0.3%, and one player received the mount on kill number 790, while another received it on their 40th attempt overall.
