Ascendant Skyrazor
Intended for the most devoted of the Sureki elite, these skyrazors were favored by Queen Ansurek for both their cunning and brutality.
Acquisition Guide
The Ascendant Skyrazor drops from Queen Ansurek in Nerub-ar Palace on Mythic difficulty, with a 100% drop rate of three mounts per kill, guaranteed until the launch of Midnight.
Reach Minimum Item Level
Before attempting Mythic Queen Ansurek in a PUG, aim for 715 item level or higher, as this significantly improves your chances of clearing the encounter successfully.
Equip Nerub'ar Finery Buff
Obtain the Nerub'ar Finery set bonus before your run, as it grants an 18% power buff inside Nerub-ar Palace that makes a substantial difference in clearing the final bosses.
Find a Skip Run
When joining PUG groups, specifically look for runs that skip to Court of the Queen and Queen Ansurek, bypassing Nexus-Princess Ky'veza, which requires tight coordination and is the most difficult boss to clear in a PUG setting.
Defeat Queen Ansurek
Kill Queen Ansurek on Mythic difficulty inside Nerub-ar Palace — three Ascendant Skyrazor mounts drop every kill, so each successful PUG run guarantees multiple mounts that can be distributed among the group.
Tips
Three mounts drop per Mythic Queen Ansurek kill at a 100% rate, so coordinating with a group to share the drops means fewer total runs needed per person.
Joining skip runs that start at Court of the Queen bypasses Nexus-Princess Ky'veza entirely, making a successful Mythic Queen Ansurek kill far more achievable in uncoordinated PUG groups.
