Travel to Shadowfang Keep
Enter Shadowfang Keep and proceed to the main courtyard area.
Clear and defeat the Fel Steeds
Clear all mobs in the courtyard, then attack the horses in the stable area to the left side. All three horses will charge you together and can be killed with AoE. Loot the bags they drop for a chance at the Forsaken War Planning Table.
