Gloomrose was a mail hand armor piece that dropped from Commander Felstrom in Duskwood before Cataclysm and briefly returned via 
Big Crate of Salvage, but is no longer obtainable as of Patch 7.0.3.
Understand item availability
Gloomrose originally dropped from Commander Felstrom at 19.2, 44.2 in Duskwood prior to Cataclysm. The item was briefly reintroduced through Draenor Garrison salvage crates but became unobtainable when those crates were removed in Patch 7.0.3.
