Defeat Leech Widow
Travel to the Wetlands and defeat the Leech Widow at 46.6, 62.4. The Westfall Woven Basket drops from this enemy, with one kill reported after approximately 10 attempts. It can also occasionally be found inside a 
Big Crate of Salvage, and may be available for purchase on the Auction House.
