Navigate to Dire Pool
Enter Dire Maul and proceed along Eldridge Row until you reach the first T intersection. Turn left and continue to the end of the hall at 59, 36 where the Dire Pool is located.
Use vial at pool
Stand in the center of the hall near the dead-end and use your vial to fill it at the Dire Pool.
