Fish Southern Savage Shore
Head to the Southern Savage Shore in Stranglethorn Vale, near the Bloodsail camp where "Pretty Boy" Duncan is located, and fish for the 
Savage Coast Blue Sailfin at 38, 53 in Northern Stranglethorn. A fishing skill of 225 is sufficient to avoid losing fish in this area.
Try Nek'mani Wellspring Area
Alternatively, fish at 33.1, 32.3 near the northernmost point of Nek'mani Wellspring, where no monsters will bother you at the water's edge. Attaching a
