Travel to Sar'theris Strand in Desolace at 36.06, 32.86 and fish until you catch the Sar'theris Striker. Ensure your minimap displays 'Sar'theris Strand' and not 'Ethel Rethor', as stepping outside the designated area will prevent catches. You may also try the alternate location at 32.6, 23.5 if needed.
