Profession. Source: Enchanting. I tried killing the vendor thinking it would force her to respawn with the plans. Unfortunately when she respawned she still did not have the plans.
Tidesage's Totem is an Enchanting decor item purchased from Zarena Cromwind in The Cape of Stranglethorn.
Travel to Zarena Cromwind
Find Zarena Cromwind at 42.8, 69.4 in The Cape of Stranglethorn. She is located inside the first building on the left as you walk along the pier — do not take the ramp. She stands next to the large door on your right as you enter.
Wait for Stock to Appear
Tidesage's Totem may not be immediately available in Zarena Cromwind's Buy tab. Respawn wait times have ranged from 20 minutes to two hours. Close and reopen the vendor window periodically, as the item will not appear automatically while the window is already open.
Check the Auction House
Tidesage's Totem is not bind-on-pickup, so it can also be found on the Auction House if you prefer not to camp the vendor.
