Enter Blackrock Depths
Enter Blackrock Depths solo and make your way to the Relic Coffer room. Open every Relic Coffer available, as the item can drop from any of them.
Loot Coffers Immediately
Relic Coffers despawn within approximately 3 to 5 minutes regardless of whether they contain loot, so loot each coffer as soon as it is opened. Relic Coffers do not support group or master loot — only the character who physically opens and loots the coffer receives the item, so the character that needs the item must be present to loot it directly.
Reset and Repeat
The drop rate is low, with some runs requiring 30 or more attempts without a single drop. After clearing all Relic Coffers, reset the instance and run it again. Note that entry into the coffer room requires a Relic Coffer Key, so stock up on keys before farming.
