The Draenei Smith's Anvil is a Blacksmithing decor obtained by completing the Smelt Dark Iron quest chain inside Blackrock Depths.
Gather Quest Materials
Before entering Blackrock Depths, collect 2x 
Star Ruby, 20x 
Gold Bar, and 10x 
Truesilver Bar — these are required to hand in during the quest inside.
Reach the Chamber of the Seven
Enter Blackrock Depths and use the Mole Machine control to the right of the entrance, choosing 'Just past the Grim Guzzler'. From there, take the door on your right, head downward past Ambassador Flamelash and the golem trash packs, through the large metal smelting plant with lava golems, and into the Chamber of the Seven.
Start the Spectral Chalice Quest
Talk to Gloom'Rel — the second dwarf ghost to your right upon entering the Chamber of the Seven — to spawn the Spectral Chalice. Click the chalice to pick up the quest, then hand in your 2x Star Ruby, 20x Gold Bar, and 10x Truesilver Bar to complete it.
Learn Smelt Dark Iron
After completing the quest, talk to Gloom'Rel again to learn his secrets, which teaches you how to smelt 
Dark Iron Bars. Each bar requires 8x 
Dark Iron Ore and can only be smelted at the Black Forge inside Blackrock Depths.
Locate the Black Forge
Talk to Doom'Rel to trigger the encounter, defeat all seven mini-bosses, proceed through the door and make a right, then take a left before the first trash pack to reach the Black Forge — the black anvil circled by Incendius, near the bridge leading to the Molten Core entrance.
