Band of Radiant Echoes
Source: World Event: Radiant Echoes.
The
Band of Radiant Echoes is a haste/mastery heirloom ring introduced in the War Within Pre-patch, obtained by combining four specific items collected through the World Event.
Check Your Heirloom Filter
Open your Heirloom window and click the filter button, then make sure 'World Event' is checked — without it, Band of Radiant Echoes and other World Event heirlooms will not appear in the list.
Purchase the Lifeless Stone Ring
Buy the
Lifeless Stone Ring from Remembrancer Amuul for
25 Residual Memories — this is the base item you will combine with the three Essences to create the ring.
Collect Memory of Northrend
Participate in active objectives in Dragonblight to earn
Memory of Northrend drops, then combine 20 of them to create the
Essence of Northrend.
Collect Memory of Kalimdor
Participate in active objectives in Dustwallow Marsh (such as during the Onyxia event) to earn
Memory of Kalimdor drops, then combine 20 of them to create the
Essence of Kalimdor.
Collect Memory of the Eastern Kingdoms
Participate in active objectives in Searing Gorge to earn
Memory of the Eastern Kingdoms drops, then combine 20 of them to create the
Essence of the Eastern Kingdoms.
Combine All Four Items
Once you have the Lifeless Stone Ring, Essence of Northrend, Essence of Kalimdor, and Essence of the Eastern Kingdoms, combine all four to create the Band of Radiant Echoes.
Upgrade the Ring Twice
Use one
Eternal Heirloom Armor Casing to upgrade the ring to scale up to level 59, then use one
Awakened Heirloom Armor Casing to upgrade it again to scale up to level 69 — despite the casing descriptions referencing Armor, Trinkets, Shields, and Off-hands, both casings work on this ring.
Tips
Continental memories (Memory of Northrend, Memory of Kalimdor, Memory of the Eastern Kingdoms) only drop while that zone's event is actively running — once the boss is dead and the timer expires, you must move to the next active zone, as memories stop dropping until the next cycle.
Following a Blizzard hotfix, each zone immediately repeats its sequence after completing, so you can continue earning memories for the full duration of each active cycle before moving on.
