Unstable Elemental Confluence
Source: World Event: Primal Storms.
The
Unstable Elemental Confluence is a craftable heirloom trinket obtained by combining four elemental drops from Primal Storm bosses across the Dragon Isles.
Find An Active Primal Storm
Primal Storms appear in any of the four main Dragonflight zones and are marked directly on your in-game map. Check the Wowhead front page to see which storm, if any, is currently active.
Farm Dimmed Primeval Fire
During a Primal Firestorm, defeat Emblazion, Neela Firebane, Kain Firebrand, or Infernum to collect
Dimmed Primeval Fire. Drops are not guaranteed on every kill, so multiple attempts may be required.
Farm Dimmed Primeval Water
During a Primal Snowstorm, defeat Frozion, Maeleera, Crystalus, or Rouen Icewind to collect
Dimmed Primeval Water.
Farm Dimmed Primeval Storm
During a Primal Thunderstorm, defeat Karantun, Voraazka, Gaelzion, or Pipspark Thundersnap to collect
Dimmed Primeval Storm.
Farm Dimmed Primeval Earth
During a Primal Sandstorm, defeat Grizzlerock, Zurgaz Corebreaker, Gravlion, or Bouldron to collect
Dimmed Primeval Earth.
Combine All Four Essences
Once you have all four Dimmed Primeval components — Fire, Water, Storm, and Earth — combine them to create the Unstable Elemental Confluence trinket.
Upgrade With Armor Casing
To upgrade the trinket's item level, use an Eternal Heirloom Armor Casing, which costs
5,000 gold.
Tips
When the trinket procs (at 1 PPM), it deals elemental damage to your target and grants a 10-second secondary stat buff: Fire grants Critical Strike, Earth grants Versatility, Air grants Haste, and Water grants Mastery.
At item level 183, the stat buff from the proc grants 96 points in the respective secondary stat.
Each of the four elemental items is not a 100% drop — multiple boss kills per item may be needed before one drops.
