Buy the Deathstalkers' Gloaming Powder from Provisioner Mukra. Note that purchasing this item adds both the Horde and Alliance versions to your heirloom collection, but upgrades apply to each faction's version separately — to avoid paying for upgrades twice, upgrade one version, then create and mail the item to an alt of the other faction, as it will auto-convert into that faction's version.
